Pieces sized under 10''x10'' ship for $20 anywhere in the US or APO.
Pieces between 10'' and 20'' in any dimension ship for $50 anywhere in the US. APO priced separately.

The Last Unicorn Studio items are generally shipped via UPS. All items are packaged according to UPS guidelines and insured. In case of damage, the recipient is fully responsible for filing the claim and working it out with the carrier. The Last Unicorn Studio will, however, be happy to provide whatever documentation is required by UPS to successfully complete the claim. Please, note that you need to keep ALL original packaging for UPS to inspect in case of damage. The claim WILL be denied if you do not have it.
If for whatever reason, you were not able to recover funds from your claim, The Last Unicorn is not responsible for the damage. Please, understand that although it is not your fault that your item arrives damaged, neither it is the artist's. The Last Unicorn Studio will be happy to either do repairs or replace damaged pieces. Repair and replacement pricing is subject to a separate quote.
No replacements or repairs can be made before the claim is complete.
